Owner / provider / maintainer of the EuroPetition service

The EuroPetitioning tool will be owned by the Local Authority partners in each of the territories.  Where clusters of Local Authorities are being organised in ES, IT, NL and UK, the multimedia discussion boards will be owned and maintained by the Project Partner although hosted and supported by Public-i. 

The EuroPetitioning system will be an open source project and participants will be encouraged to take and amend the software source code as they require.  The Local user groups will also provide support for this process.
