EP PETI Report on Fact-finding mission to Ireland

This report that David Lowe gave me when we met on 3 Mar09, gives a very good idea of the spirit and depth of the PETI Member's follow up to Petitions. Again we must consider this in EuroPetition, as many local and national situations will not provide such an extensive follow up to petitions.
